Building on 30 years of church leadership at the local, regional and national level, Andrew is now partnering with Convene, working with Christian CEOs and Business Owners to improve their effectiveness across every dimension of life.

In 2004, Andrew planted a church in one of the more spiritually challenging areas of the country. He then helped 12 churches launch in Northern California and Northern Nevada before transitioning to lead ReachNetwork, the national church planting effort of the Evangelical Free Church of America, where he oversaw the planting of 20-30 churches per year.

Andrew is gifted in vision clarity, organizational development, leadership growth, strategy development and organizational culture. He has his certification in Leading Complex Projects through the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, is an ordained minister of the gospel, a trainer of trainers and a leadership conference director.

Andrew brings the heart and experience of a 30 year career in pastoral ministry to the work of helping business leaders thrive. He is a safe set of ears, a seasoned counselor and a gospel-centered preacher and theologian whose greatest joy is to love and serve Jesus.
