Convene Teams are led by seasoned business professionals with deep faith backgrounds.
They serve as facilitators in Convene Team Meetings, but your relationship with them goes far beyond that. Convene Chairs exist as mentors, friends, challengers, and coaches throughout your Convene journey and will walk with you through both the wins and losses.

With a variety of backgrounds, teams come together to work with each other on complex opportunities and challenges they might have in any given month. This small team is an invitation-only group of men and women who are in the game just like you. Together you can give each other insights you won’t find from a Google search.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
One of the primary components of your membership experience is the one-on-one executive coaching you receive each month from your Convene Chair.
You’ll spend time together and dig deeper into both business and personal plans and dreams. Together you’ll develop and execute strategies, put out urgent fires, create accountability and ask God to direct your paths.
EVENTS
Each year you will be given the opportunity to gather with Convene members from around the US and the world during workshops and conferences.
Convene brings leaders in the Faith-Work movement (John Townsend, Nancy Ortberg, Rick Warren, John Lynch, Phil Vischer) to lead the time members spend together.

Is there a fee associated with membership?
- Membership pricing is based on multiple factors, including company size, annual revenue, location, team type, and more. For accurate pricing information, please contact our team.
How much time does this take?
- While not all Convene Teams meet in the same time format, most require one full business day per month, in addition to a 60-90 minute executive coaching session during the month.
Are these groups in person?
- Convene has options for both in-person and virtual groups. Each format has options for leaders at every level of the organization.
What if there isn’t a team in my area?
- There are several Convene Teams that meet virtually over Zoom. To find a virtual team, visit our team locations page, enter your zip code, and select the Online Teams tab.
Do teams have members of competing organizations?
- All Teams are non-competitive, meaning you don’t have to worry that you may be divulging critical business information to a competing organization. Additionally, all Team members sign an NDA before joining.
Are there options for the rest of my leadership team?
- If you are a CEO considering joining a Convene Team, it is highly recommended that you also place one or more members of your leadership team on a C-Suite & Executive Forum Team. We also have Key Leader Teams for leaders at every level of your organization.
