In 1996, Brian Thatcher and five pioneering CEOs founded Convene with an inspired vision: to equip isolated business leaders with essential tools, support, and connections for profitable growth, empowering them to integrate faith and make a significant Kingdom impact. From the early days of Saddleback Church, Brian Thatcher and Ric Green answered a call to unite faith-focused CEOs by launching the “BBL Forum.” Their vision was simple yet powerful: to sharpen leaders in building businesses grounded in faith and purpose.
