Certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and proficient in 4DX Coaching, Andy brings a wealth of expertise that empowers organizations to achieve their goals and drive sustainable success.

As a Convene Chair of two groups in the Phoenix area, Andy focuses on helping Christian CEO’s and business owners:

His wife, Nancy, supports him in this endeavor, and together, they have two children and four grandchildren.
