Meet Ted Humphrey
Ted brings a powerful mixture of business growth, high performance, organizational health and kingdom impact to middle-market firms, venture-backed start-ups, and family-owned businesses. His clients include large corporations and global brands such as Standard & Poor’s, Caterpillar, Deere, 3M, and many others. He also works with family-owned businesses and high-growth firms. Prior to his management consulting career, Ted worked in the electronics industry in roles of increasing responsibility including sales, sales management, engineering, product development, and business process improvement.
Ted has built and sold two successful management consulting firms, and has been a senior executive at a business named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in the U.S. two years in a row (#290 in 2023 and #607 in 2024).
Ted is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and holds a U.S. Patent. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an M.A. in Religious Studies from Trinity International University. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife Cherie and three young adult sons.
