As a Convene 2026 partner, you will:
- Connect with other accomplished leaders, expand your network, and engage with like-minded and like-hearted individuals and organizations
- Have high visibility with influential Christian business leaders
- Benefit from significant targeted periods of time specifically allocated for meeting these leaders, interacting one-on-one, and initiating relationships.

Gathering Attendees
You will receive complimentary registration to the gathering (includes meals). The quantity of registrations received is dependent on the level of partnership you choose: Titanium (5), Platinum (3), Gold (2), Silver (1). The promotional code to register will be delivered after partnership sign-up.
Meal Partnership
You receive 3 minutes of stage time to say a few words and to bless our meal. A keepsake card with your company logo and QR code is placed at each attendee’s seat. You give us your logo and choose where the QR code points. We print and bring to the gathering.
Display Table
You will have access to a 6’ display table (Gold and Silver Partners get a round, stand-up high table) in the gathering pre-function area. You can use the display table to distribute information and advertisements for your company. Included in this offering is a complimentary stand-up banner for Titanium and Platinum. Silver and Gold Partners receive a tabletop banner. Details on the banner and artwork instructions can be found on page 12.
‘Impact Story’ Stage Time
Take the stage to share an impact story and what you do as an organization. You may use resources such as a video (1080p minimum) or slide (16:9, a template will be delivered upon request) while you are on stage.
Convene Chair Meet and Greet
Wednesday afternoon (May 6) be at your display tables to meet the Chairs in a “speed-dating” style format.
Convene Team Visits
As you get to know the Convene chairs and build relationships, you may be invited to present at Convene teams across the US for ‘lunch and learns’.
Two-Page Spread – White Paper
You receive a full spread in the Gathering Program to display your company’s information in whatever way you see fit. Content must meet requirements on page 14.
Two-Page Spread – Ad
You receive space in the Gathering Program to share a whitepaper for your organization. You have control over what text gets input, but not the format in which it is presented. Content must meet requirements page 14.
Company Logo & Description
Your company logo and a 120-word description will be displayed in the Gathering Program. Please send description in Microsoft Word document. Vector file required for logo (.eps, .svg, or .ai).

Blog Post
You can share a 500-700 word maximum article on the Convene Blog to promote your organization. The Convene Blog posts are delivered to all Convene members and an additional database of subscribers. To view blog post examples, head to blog.convenenow.com. Please send your blog post as a word doc and associated pictures in .jpg to melody.wright@convenenow.com. She will work with you to schedule and maximize the impact.
Podcast with Convene
The Convene podcast brings value to the hundreds of Convene members currently leading in their organizations, as well as our thousands of followers on various social media platforms. Convene leadership will talk with you (or your designated spokesperson) over Zoom for approximately 20-25 minutes about what you and your organization uniquely bring to our Convene members and others. You can listen to our podcasts on your favorite podcast platform.
Email on Your Behalf to Convene Lists
Convene will send your one-time message (350-word max) to our respective email lists. This includes Convene members.
Placement on Convene’s Partner Page
As part of our website, Convenenow.com, we have a Partner page, honoring those organizations who help our members in their business and in their lives.

Your company logo and name will be included in a “Thank You to Our Partners” email to gathering attendees post-gathering. Please send .ai or .eps file of your logo artwork to Melody Wright.

Taking place on the morning of Wednesday, May 6, join 72 golfers to compete in a scramble style tournament prior to the start of the gathering. You will receive one gathering registrations, four tournament entries, recognition on the gathering stage, and your company’s signage at the tournament.
