His expertise prevails in assisting both individuals and organizations reach top performance levels with integrity.
The essence of Brett’s focus and core skill is the ability to rapidly identify behavioral and emotional pain points that impede success and rapidly transition his observations to clearly communicated action steps to catalyze positive change. Additionally, Brett has implemented strategic planning and his operational skills as Prison Fellowship’s National Director of Re-Entry by constructing strategic alliances with Community organizations to provide resources for tangible felt needs and Christian faith-based alliances to assist with spiritual needs.
Identification and mobilization of compassionate care and vital solutions to urgent needs were included in Brett’s design of assisting persons previously incarcerated as well as their families and loved ones.
As Director of Rick Warren’s “Purpose Driven Life” and “Life’s Healing Choices” campaigns, Brett intentionally bridged best business practices to the Christian organizations that he has served and Christian values in the board rooms of Fortune 100 organizations.
Brett and his wife Cindi reside in Dana Point, CA and worship at Mariners Church-South County. They have two adult children, Bailey and Elizabeth, son-in-law, Giancarlo, and two grandchildren Taylor and Luke.
