After building and running businesses as large as $100M, I now have the joy of serving Christian business owners and CEO’s as a Convene peer-advisory Board Chair and Certified Coach, specializing in business growth. Convene is a professional group that connects, equips, and inspires Christian CEOs and business owners to grow exceptional businesses, become higher impact leaders, and honor God. In this work, I feel called to help people get unstuck, achieve their potential, and grow closer to Jesus. We accomplish this through:

Convene Peer-Advisory Board Chair

In this role, I work with Christian business owners and CEO’s to grow your businesses on a Biblical foundation for success and significance. Along the way, we break through profitability and growth plateaus, overcome isolation, create a more effective organization, help employees flourish, develop a higher quality of life, and increase Kingdom impact. For Christian owners and CEO’s of businesses with $2M+ in revenue and 10+ employees, I lead both:

• A local, in-person team based in Las Colinas, TX (2nd Wednesdays, 8:30am-3pm Central)
• An online team via Zoom with members from all over the country (2nd and 4th Tuesdays, 2-4pm Central)

As chair of both of these groups, I’m responsible for ensuring that we have the right people on each team and that everyone gets a 10x+ return on their investment of time and money.

As a coach certified by the International Coaching Federation at the 2nd highest level (PCC), I work with Christian business owners and CEO’s to grow their businesses, expand their visions, creatively innovate new ideas, grow their skills, make successful transitions, take practical steps toward their goals, and bring their ideas to life. To do this, I help clients move from where they are to where they want to be through a thought-provoking process that helps them maximize their personal and professional potential.
