Along the way, she has consulted with more than 300 companies across 24 countries. Bea served as Chair of the Entrepreneurship Practice Group at ForbesBooks and as the Executive Director of The Creative Coast, a regional non-profit building the innovation economy in Savannah, Georgia. Bea leads several ministries including the Titus2 women’s group mentoring program, a blended family group, and a wives prayer call. “I just love our group and most of all your leadership. I have to pinch myself sometime when I think about having you in my life. I also think about the effort you made for us to connect and just how long it took for me to accept. God was nudging me the whole time and thank God I finally listened to him and agreed for us to meet. You have helped me so much and for that I am forever grateful.”

Wade Boals

Patti Jenrich Leadership Team, Titus2

“When I joined Convene in January 2023, I was desperate for a solution. I loved my work as a medical provider, but I was drowning in a broken healthcare system that required me to see nearly 30 patients a day just to stay afloat. My staff and I were emotionally exhausted, working 10-hour days without breaks, and I found myself beginning each morning simply hoping to “get through it.” I longed to give patients the time and attention they truly deserved—to listen, to teach, and to help them heal—but financially, that seemed impossible.
Then I met Bea. Over coffee, I immediately knew I needed to be part of her Convene group. I didn’t hesitate—I joined on the spot. From my very first meeting, I felt surrounded by people who genuinely cared, who believed in my calling, and who wanted to see me succeed. When I shared my challenges, the group unanimously affirmed that I needed to step out of the traditional insurance model and create something new—something that aligned with the mission of providing advanced, preventive, and personalized care.
With Bea’s wisdom and the group’s support, I launched a concierge-style medical practice, Kadima Center, and later a nonprofit, Shalom Support, to ensure care remained accessible to all. About a year later, Bea guided me again as I transitioned my original clinic, Whole Heart Family Medicine, to a hybrid model—walking me through opposition, attending meetings with my staff, and helping me lead with confidence and grace.
Bea’s mentorship was the turning point in my professional life. Through her guidance and the power of Convene, I rediscovered joy in my work, regained balance, and built a sustainable model that allows me to truly transform lives. I am no longer burned out—I am fulfilled, focused, and thriving. I will be forever grateful for Bea and my Convene group, who helped make the impossible possible.”
