A Balance of Structure and Flexibility. We meet once a month in Fort Lauderdale (8:00 AM – 2:15 PM). These sessions are often described by members as the “highest value day” on their calendar.
- The Boardroom: You will sit with a non-fiduciary board of advisors who are committed to your success. We dive deep into current issues — whether it’s a personnel crisis or a 5-year strategic pivot.
- Adaptive Leadership: While we follow a world-class curriculum, Jason leads with the flexibility to pause the agenda and address the “fires” affecting members in real time.
- Spiritual Fuel: We explore biblical wisdom that strengthens your faith and makes you a better person, parent, and leader.
- Executive Coaching: Monthly 1-on-1 sessions with Jason to ensure you are executing on the insights gained in the team meeting.
