Jonathan loves working with business leaders to close the gap between their potential and performance, for themselves and their businesses. He enjoys working with leaders to make sure they have the tools to be successful and coaches them to get out of their own way.
Business Owners and Executives can find themselves isolated in their professional, personal, and spiritual lives. They don’t have others to talk to that understand their challenges, and that can feel lonely, wondering what they are missing in leading their company, their family, and living out their faith. It’s hard being the person who must make the hard decisions. I know I have been there.
My personal mission is to help leaders connect with who God made them to be so that they can be fully themselves at work and at home. I believe that God uses relationships to transform us, and leading groups of Christian leaders and working with leaders one on one is how to positively impact each other, their businesses, and their families.
When you are able to work on your issues and opportunities with other high-performing businesspeople bringing decades of experience, you gain insight and develop action plans beyond anything you and your organization could do alone.
My clients have received promotions, received raises, and decided to sell (or not to sell) their businesses…but more importantly, they confronted things that were holding them back and grew as people and more of who God made them to be. Being able to walk alongside clients as they make those breakthroughs is why I love coaching.
I’m West Point Graduate with an MBA from Southern Methodist University and hold a masters in Coaching from Concordia University, Irvine. I have over 20 years of leadership and business experience, including working in and being a part owner of a family business, the Army, and for and with other organizations.
