Ted brings his mix of business growth, high performance, and organizational health to middle-market firms, venture-backed start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies through the application of customer and market strategy, organizational change, and executive development. His clients include large corporations and global brands such as Standard & Poor’s, Caterpillar, Deere, 3M, and many others.
He has also worked with many technology start-ups and sponsor-backed high-growth firms. Prior to his management consulting career, Ted worked in the electronics industry in increasing responsibility roles, including sales, sales management, engineering, product development, and business process improvement.
Ted has built and sold two successful management consulting businesses and has been a senior executive at a firm named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in the U.S. two years in a row (#290 in 2023 and #607 in 2024).
Early in his career, Ted observed that the big challenges of business success and organizational greatness cannot be addressed through any one discipline or domain. In 2013 Ted founded his management consulting firm, Entheon Partners, to help clients formulate and execute solutions in which a broad range of organizational pieces come together, resulting in growth, business impact, and transformed lives.
The key to his proven ability to drive long-term profitable growth is his commitment to focusing on the intersection where strategy, structure, process, culture, and people connect.
Ted is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and holds a U.S. Patent. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.A. in Religious Studies from Trinity International University. He lives in the Chicago suburbs with his beloved wife Cherie, three young adult sons, and adorable mut Ace.
