Convene is a relational journey. As a member, you will be surrounded by like hearted leaders that will advocate for you and your business.
Convene Teams are led by seasoned business professionals with deep faith backgrounds. They serve as facilitators in Convene Team Meetings, but your relationship with them goes far beyond that. Convene Chairs exist as mentors, friends, challengers, and coaches throughout your Convene journey and will walk with you through both the wins and losses.
Convene Teams are comprised of 10-15 Christian business leaders, your peers, from non-competing industries. With a variety of backgrounds, teams come together to work on complex opportunities and challenges each other might have on any given month. This small team is an invitation-only group of men and women who are in the game just like you. Together you can give each other insights you won’t find from a Google search.
Your Convene membership experience is centered around the Convene Team Meeting, a once or twice-monthly meeting where every member of the team comes together, led by the team’s Chair.
Team Meetings provide a confidential space for your Team take a deep dive into your current business opportunities and challenges. Together, you’ll get to the heart of the issue, and glean wisdom to guide you to the best decision.
Learn from master’s level executive content designed to help Christian leaders like you develop stronger business plans and strategies with Kingdom impact in mind.
Multiple times per year, your Convene Team will invite an expert speaker into the meeting to bring a focused time of learning on a particular topic.
Convene partners with you in your success, and during your on-boarding process our team of experts will work with you to explore foundational programs that will provide key organizational, financial, and personal insights*.
Determine the efficacy of your planning, development, performance, and measurement systems.
Review how you approach leadership in the disciplines of vision, alignment and execution.
Go beyond the traditional financial statements into the world of business value, health and performance.
Provides a continuous process to focus and prioritize initiatives, so your efforts are being leveraged for the greatest return on your business.
*Our team will work with your organization to decide what assessments make sense for you. Availability of assessments depends on Convene Team type.

One of the primary components of your membership experience is the one-on-one executive coaching you receive each month from your Convene Chair. You’ll spend time together and dig deeper into both business and personal plans and dreams. Together you’ll develop and execute strategies, put out urgent fires, create accountability and ask God to direct your paths.
Each year you will be given the opportunity to gather with Convene members from around the US and the world during retreats and conferences. Convene brings leaders in the Faith-Work movement (John Townsend, Nancy Ortberg, Rick Warren, John Lynch, Phil Vischer) to lead the time members spend together.
You’ll have access to continuous leadership development materials like Executive Book Summaries, live stream events, white papers, blog articles, and podcasts all designed by and for faith-based executives who want to lead their business with excellence built on a biblical foundation. If you’re a CEO or owner, we also have Teams ready to help grow your C-suite and developing leaders.
