Pat Gelsinger

Patrick Gelsinger is a visionary technology executive and thought leader, currently serving as the Executive Chairman and Head of Technology at Gloo.

Steve Green

Steve Green became President of Hobby Lobby in 2004 and has helped his family grow the business to more than 1,000 stores in 48 states with approximately 50,000 employees. He is a national speaker on both business and philanthropy interests, always focusing on how his faith intersects with his life endeavors.

Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary recognized his impact in these overlapping life arenas with an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree in 2013 and in 2015, Mid-America Christian University presented him with an Honorary Doctorate of Biblical Literature.

Green is also chairman of the board for Museum of the Bible. In his role as chairman, Green has assembled a team of academics, designers, technology professionals and other experts to create the 430,000-square-foot Museum of the Bible, dedicated to a scholarly and engaging presentation of the Bible's impact, history, and narrative. The Museum opened November 2017 in Washington D.C., three blocks from the U.S. Capitol.

Green has authored four books: Faith in America (2011), The Bible in America (2013), This Dangerous Book (2017), and This Beautiful Book (2019). His books can be found in Hobby Lobby stores across the nation, and online.

Green and his wife, Jackie, have been married for more than 30 years and reside in Oklahoma City, where Hobby Lobby is headquartered. Their family includes a son, five daughters, a daughter-in-law, three sons-in-law and six grandchildren. They are actively involved in their local church, as well as with many national and international Christian ministries and charities.

Dee Ann Turner

Dee Ann Turner leads her own organization, Dee Ann Turner & Associates, LLC, writing books, speaking to over 50 audiences per year and consulting and coaching leaders globally. She is the author of the best sellers, It’s My Pleasure: The Impact of Extraordinary Talent and a Compelling Culture (2015) and Bet on Talent: How to Create a Remarkable Culture and Win the Hearts of Customers (2019) and Crush Your Career: Ace the Interview, Land the Job and Launch Your Future (2021). She also hosts the Crush Your Career Podcast and is the Talent Expert in Residence at High Point University.

Dee Ann is a 33-year veteran of Chick-fil-A, Inc. Prior to retirement, she was Vice President, Talent and Vice President, Sustainability for Chick-fil-A, Inc. Selected
as the company’s first female officer in 2001, she was instrumental in building and growing Chick-fil-A’s well-known culture and talent systems. During her long career, she worked closely with Chick-fil-A’s founder, S. Truett Cathy, and other key leaders as an architect of their organizational culture. Turner was responsible for thousands of selections of Chick-fil-A Franchisees and corporate staff members. Additionally, she led Talent Management, Staff Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and Engagement. Prior to her retirement, she launched and led Chick-fil-A’s Sustainability and Social Responsibility function.

In 2023, Dee Ann was named to the Georgia Titan 100. The Titan 100 program recognizes the Top 100 CEO’s & C-Level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision and passion. Women We Admire named Dee Ann one of the Top 50 Female Leaders in Atlanta in 2024 and also named her one of the top 50 Female Business Consultants in the U.S.

Mark Batterson

Mark Batterson serves as the Lead Visionary of National Community Church (NCC) in Washington, DC. NCC also owns and operates Ebenezers Coffeehouse, The Miracle Theatre, the DC Dream Center, the Capital Turnaround, and Culture House as gathering places for the community and funding for Kingdom causes. Mark also serves as Lead Visionary for The Dream Collective, which equips and supports dreamers who long for revival in the church, reformation in the kingdom, and renaissance in culture.

Mark holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Regent University and is the author of 25 books including the New York Times bestselling The Circle Maker as well as In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day, Wild Goose Chase, Double Blessing, Whisper, and, most recently, A Million Little Miracles and The Best Worst Day Ever, a children’s book he wrote with his daughter, Summer. Mark is married to Lora, and they live on Capitol Hill. They have three children: Parker, Summer (married to Austin), and Josiah.

Ryan Skoog

Ryan is cofounder and president of VENTURE.ORG, a nonprofit that works in the toughest places of the world, serving war refugees, trafficked people, oppressed children, and the unreached. Ryan is also a serial entrepreneur who co-founded several travel technology companies and co-authored the Bestselling book Lead with Prayer and the devotional Chosen. He and his wife, Rachel, enjoy adventuring with their two ginger-headed kids and the newest addition to their family, Kyea Sin Thant.

Robert Yi

Robert Yi is the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Leadership Network, a ministry that helps build flourishing leadership cultures in churches, companies, and communities worldwide. The GLN produces the Global Leadership Summit reaching over 365,000 leaders in 100 countries. Robert was previously the President/COO of Westfall Gold, a leading fundraising consultancy, and COO/General Counsel of ECCU, a $3.5 billion financial institution. Robert holds an MBA from the Wharton School, JD from Loyola Law School, and BA from UC Berkeley. Based in Johns Creek, Georgia, Robert and Kelly are blessed with two amazing daughters, Karis and Christina.

Jake Bland

Jake Bland is the President and CEO of Youth For Christ (YFC) USA, a pillar of missional youth ministry since 1944 when Rev. Billy Graham became YFC’s first full-time employee. Today, YFC is experiencing a resurgence, growing by over 20% annually since June 1, 2021. It operates globally in over 100 nations and through over 1,200 local ministry sites across America, engaging 11-19-year-olds who don't know Christ and intentionally pursuing those often overlooked. Before joining the YFC staff, he co-founded two media production companies and completed a master’s degree in Youth Ministry Leadership.

Jake and his wife, Ali, reside in Denver and have two children, Silas and Ivy.

Aaron McClung

Aaron exists to inspire and equip others to fulfill their God-given purpose. He began discovering his calling while in college, founding AM Agency in 1998 before graduating with a BFA in Communication Design from the University of North Tex­as.
Aaron has refined his gifts and grown his company over the last two decades, serving busi­nesses and nonprofits of all sizes, helping them learn and grow from his own experience integrating purpose into leadership, marketing and culture solutions. Aaron lives in Hurst, Texas with his wife Tracy and their two children, Miller and Ruby Kate.

Russ Crosson

Russ Crosson is chief mission officer and senior partner of Blue Trust. Russ was hired in 1980 as the second employee of Blue Trust. Russ has worked extensively in all areas of financial planning, specializing in comprehensive financial, estate, and philanthropic planning, as well as generational family wealth management and transfer. Russ serves as chief advocate for the heart and soul of the organization and works to ensure the mission of the company is carried out with integrity in every area of the organization with a focus on making sure the company’s mission is passed down and inculcated into future generations. Prior to his current position, Russ served as president and CEO of Blue Trust (2002 – 2017). From 1999 – 2002, Russ served as executive director of the National Christian Foundation (NCF). Russ is the author of several books including Your Life… Well Spent, The Truth About Money Lies, What Makes a Leader Great, and Your Money Made Simple. He has also been a featured speaker in many venues. Russ graduated from Kansas State University with a BS in mathematics and a master’s degree in education. Russ and Julie live in Roswell, Georgia and are active in teaching and mentoring young married couples in their church. They have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and eight grandchildren. In his spare time, Russ enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, water skiing, and especially enjoys time with his grandchildren.

Greg Gilbert

Greg Gilbert serves both the Private Wealth division and the Professional Athlete Division of Blue Trust in Atlanta, Georgia and is a senior partner of the company. As managing director, Greg oversees the day-to-day operations, growth, and expansion of the office in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to his leadership role, Greg works with individuals, families, and businesses, using his objective perspective to help them make wise financial decisions to experience clarity and confidence and leave a lasting legacy. His goal is to help clients focus on the things that matter most to them. Greg and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs. Active in his community, Greg is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). Greg is also on the board of directors for Plywood People, a company with a vision to make Atlanta a center for social innovation, and he serves as chairman of the board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes at the University of Georgia.

Bryan Green

Bryan Green serves as the CEO of A Greater Way To Give, powered by the Helping Hands family of organizations. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership and development, Bryan has helped shape a network of nonprofits that meet a wide range of giving needs, starting with his foundational work at Helping Hands Ministries.

Earlier in his career, Bryan worked in admissions at several respected boarding schools, where he developed a deep appreciation for personal connection and thoughtful communication. That experience laid the groundwork for his shift into the nonprofit world, where he’s spent decades helping others give generously and strategically.

Bryan has served as President of Prevent Child Abuse Habersham and has been an active Rotarian for many years. He was also part of the C12 Group, where he learned alongside other leaders how to integrate faith and business with purpose. He holds a degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Bryan now lives in Sarasota, Florida, with his wife. He’s the proud dad of two adult kids and the happy granddad to two very loved granddogs

Andrew Hartman

Andrew Hartman is the founder of Time Boss, an organization that helps leaders and their teams take control of their time to get the results they want. Andrewfounded Time Boss after burning out several times in early stage startups, even losing his sense of smell for a season. He has taken all he has learned over the years to build a system to help business leaders and their teams avoid the same mistakes, and instead find their Highest Sustainable Pace, making more progress on their top priorities and experiencing more peace in their day to day schedule. Andrew has been an early stage startup COO for 10+ years supporting the launch of software and technology platforms from 0 to $9M, including Caliber Media Group, Sevenly, Cotribute, Download Youth Ministry and BRITECITY, and has been a multi-unit franchise owner. He is a regular speaker to founders, CEOs and business leaders, including Vistage, Convene and CBMC. Outside of Time Boss, Andrew leads multiple at-risk youth ministries at Mariners Church in Irvine, CA and serves on the non-profit boards for Teen Leadership Foundation and Feed the Music.

Sean Dunn

The calling on my life is to "Contend for a Generation." Connor Green

Connor attended Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) and is the founder of Garbage to Goods, a nonprofit that provided shoes for children in Riverton, Jamaica, a landfill community. While working with AMTS-Intel In Chandler, AZ. Connor recognized how the CAP Program could be a valuable resource for blue-collar employees, as well as for their employers, demonstrating care and commitment to their workforce. Connor's dedication to mission work has spanned around five years, during which he has witnessed the remarkable growth of Helping Hands. Through his efforts, Connor continues to inspire meaningful change on both a local and global scale.
