Meet Harris Wheeler

For 35 years Harris had a career in the automobile business. He started as a 4th-generation member of a family-owned Chevrolet franchise in Wisconsin. Five years later he returned to his college (Southern Methodist University) hometown of Dallas, Texas, joining Bedford Advertising as their VP of sales. In 1987, God called him to Birmingham, Alabama to open his own automotive advertising agency, Wheeler AutoMarketing. His agency became one of the country’s most respected firms working for dealers and dealer associations. In 2009, God placed a new calling on his life and opened doors for him to become a Peer Group Leader and Coach for Christian business owners, CEOs and Emerging Leaders.

Harris has been a Convene Chair since 2009 – serving as a catalyst to help his clients lead lives that are 30x, 60x, even 100x more significant than they ever dreamed possible. He is married to his wife of over 40 years, Cyndi, and they have two grown sons, Aaron and Paul. In his church he is a lay leader, active in the prayer ministry and has taught Sunday School for more than 20 years. In the community he serves on the Norton Board at Birmingham Southern College and as an advisory board member for Crown Financial Ministries and Transformation Ministries. His passions are golf, reading, and being both available and obedient to God’s will.
