Dr. Tony Dale
Tony, a British native, grew up in Taiwan and Britain and trained at the world-renowned Royal and Ancient Hospital of St. Bartholomew (“St. Bart’s”) in London, England. He met his wife Felicity during his time at St. Bart’s. After practicing family medicine in East London, Tony and his family moved to the United States in 1987. Tony’s interest in medical economics began following his experience with the American medical system when he needed knee surgery in 1996. From his personal experience of the inconsistencies and staggering cost of the system, Tony determined to find a way to help people find better access to quality and affordable care, founding The Karis Group in 1996 and Sedera.com in 2014.

Richard Walton is a Risk Consultant specializing in employee benefits and a Partner of Heritage. He is one exam away from his CEBS designation. Born and raised in Amarillo, he graduated from West Texas A&M University with a degree in finance. A problem solver at heart, Richard strives to put his benefits clients in a position of control. Away from the office, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and friends, pickleball, and a good cocktail.
