Prior to leading three Convene teams in Texas, Ken was founder and CEO of AmeriCare Investment Group, a mortgage banking company with revenues of $200,000,000 with 10 branches originating mortgage loans in 14 states.
Sensing God was calling him into full time Marketplace Ministries, Ken accepted the invitation by Convene to lead and grow Convene’s Vision in his home state of Texas. In 2014, Ken pioneered the first international Convene Team in the Central American country of Belize. The Convene Experience was so well received in Belize, Ken is now in the process of introducing the first Convene Christian Advisory Board to Rwanda.
Ken enjoys and is passionate about business and helping leaders all over the world live the abundant life God has ordained for them. He and his wife Debbie have been married for over 44 years. They have four daughters and nine grand children to date. Ken and Debbie love to travel and have been to all 50 states and 54 countries so far covering all seven continents.
