Hinckley

Carter is an Executive Coach and Entrepreneur with 40+ years’ experience helping leaders as well as their companies flourish.

Carter enjoys equipping and inspiring Christian CEOs to integrate their faith and work so they live more impactful lives aligned with their calling.  As a management consultant at Blue Ridge Partners, he worked with companies to accelerate profitable revenue growth and significantly improve individual as well as team performance.  Earlier in his career, he started, ran, and eventually sold a software and services business.  More recently he was the interim Executive Director for Redeemer Presbyterian East Side Church.

Carter also has many years of school, church, and non-profit board experience.  He is an Elder at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York and serves on the Board of City to City, Redeemer’s church planting and leadership development arm.  He has been actively involved with Redeemer since Tim Keller first planted the Church in 1989.

Carter has a Masters in Computer Science from Harvard University as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.  He is married to Rim Hinckley who is Head of The Geneva School of Manhattan which she founded over 25 years ago.  Rim and Carter have two adult sons, one in real estate development and the other in financial services.
