Jason serves as the president of Calvary Christian Academy. Under his leadership, the school has grown from one campus to four campuses (Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, and Boynton Beach). This school system of over 3500 students also represents a $60MM business with over 650 employees. It is the largest of its kind in the nation.

Jason is also the founder and director of a networking organization which has helped thousands of professionals and paraprofessionals to develop meaningful connections in which they are able to invest in others and be developed themselves. The annual conference for this organization has over 2900 in-person attendees from multiple states and countries.

Jason has always had a heart to help CEOs and business owners to grasp their potential impact for God’s kingdom as they lead their employees, interact with clients and customers, and develop organizations that can accomplish good in their part of the world. In addition to his work with Convene, Jason leads a monthly group of CEOs and business owners who want to grow in this understanding and practice.

Jason has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 33 years. They have three children, Willow who is 25, Maya who is 21, and Remi, who is 12.
