Ed Chan was used to being a different person on Monday than he was on Sunday. Eventually, the different personalities he tried to manage between church created too much dissonance, and he began seeking a way to reconcile “the Sunday stuff with the Monday stuff”. Being part of a non-faith base peer-to-peer group, Chan was used to getting business council, but Convene turned those expectations on their head, giving him a new level of insight he wasn’t getting before.
