Duane is passionate about equipping and inspiring business executives and helping them gain margin in their personal, professional and spiritual life. Prior to joining Convene, Duane had a 25 year career in the insurance industry and was President & CEO of Select Insurance Group. Duane is a community leader and has served on many non-profit boards and organizations in North Texas and served on the city council. Duane is also active with his church and has been a member of the Executive Board, and served on several committees. Duane has been married to his wife Stephanie for 30 years and they have three grown children.
