Randal’s passion, education and experience converge around organizational health. He defines organizational health as a company that makes a lot of money and better people. As a certified Process Consultant and executive coach, Randal helps boards of directors, C-suite leaders and management get clarity and confidence to successfully lead in the “soft” areas, relationships, empowerment, engagement and organizational culture.
During the 90s and early 2000s, Randal and his team led a large global organization through a decade long, deep level cultural change. They developed and executed change strategies. One example involved the shift from a culture of subsidy to an investment culture across dozens of countries and cultures. This highly successful transformation saved millions of dollars and catapulted formerly subsidized countries into a period of significant expansion.
In 2007, Randal relocated to the Seattle area where he joined OneAccord. His new colleagues soon gave him the nickname Dr. Randal, because of the insightful organizational diagnoses and successful transformation of organizational ills into healthy people and healthy profit.
