Over the last 25 years Ed Wekesser has consulted with and coached dozens of mid-market businesses and their owners across numerous industries.
Ed has a lifetime of experience owning businesses, consulting with business owners and COACHING business owners and CEOs. During his entrepreneurial career, Ed has started, grown and sold several companies - to inside employees, a national competitor, and a Fortune 100 firm. With 25 years of successful entrepreneurial experience, Ed has been instrumental in building exceptional management teams and creating strong operating environments. He has been both a sole owner and a partner, two very different environments. And, he has personally lived all the "hard stuff" that goes along with owning and operating your own company.
Today, Ed's sole focus is EXECUTIVE COACHING - helping Christian business owners and CEOs grow great companies while maintaining lives that glorify God. He feels It takes both “Head” (successful business experience) and “Heart” (the personal/spiritual side of life) to be an effective Executive Coach to Christian business owners and CEOs.
