His goal is to help leaders maintain their faith even under pressure, allowing Christ to guide their decisions.

As a Convene Chair of two groups in the Phoenix area, Andy focuses on helping Christina CEO’s and business owners:

• Increase Leadership impact through peer-to-peer collaboration.

His wife, Nancy, supports him in this endeavor, and together, they have two children and four grandchildren.
