Since 1995 Dennis has served as a trusted advisor in business and organizational development, higher education, and behavioral health. His experience ranges from frontline staff training to C suite member coaching. With 30 years of experience in business consulting and coaching, he moves his clients to clarity in their personal and professional purpose.
Dennis is the co-owner of Eden Business Concepts LLC, a boutique firm focusing on leaders and organizational health. He currently leads a Convene Board in Milwaukee and Eastern Wisconsin and is developing a second board in Northeastern Illinois. Before joining Convene, Dennis ran his counseling and consulting practice, served as a pastor, taught in graduate and undergraduate education, and worked for national and Chicago based career and executive coaching firms.
Dennis’s knowledge of business, behavioral health, and adult education assist him in moving executive leaders to thrive in their business and personal life through understanding their purpose, their people, and their plans. His simple description of his work is this, “I help leaders get unstuck in business and life concerns. When leaders get unstuck, they bring thriving to their companies and communities.”
