About Mike

Mike is a Real World Experienced Certified Executive/Business Coach & Consultant. He is the founder & CEO of M3 Advisors Group, serves on the boards of several companies, and is a chair member of a national organization that equips Christian CEOs, presidents & business owners build extraordinary businesses and influence lives. He has served on the board of his previous two churches and has been affiliated with several Bible studies for years. He started a Christian networking group in 2021, Christian Business Association of the Palm Beaches. Mike has been married for thirty years and has four children. He grew up in California, Japan, and Hawaii and moved to Florida in 1975 after living on Midway Islands. A graduate of FSU, Mike spent five years in the Navy as a Lieutenant with a Special Warfare Naval embarkment advisory team.

Since the late 1980s, he has traveled and worked in over 15 countries, working with top executives developing growth strategies and sales teams, opening trade distribution, training sales teams, and raising investment capital for overseas expansion. He has worked with name-worthy companies such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Cadbury, Schweppes, General Mills, Warner Bros., Marvel Entertainment, Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Walt Disney Company, Sara Lee, Lance Crackers, Cargill Meats, The Bruss Company, Mars Incorporated, and MasterFoods.

He helps entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives clarify and achieve their business and personal goals faster than they might ever do on [their] own! He does this through a customized/structured process that is highly successful. It is developed in part from the best practices of some of the world’s best business & personal development experts and in part by his thirty years of business consulting and ten years of owning, operating, and selling businesses. His process is focused on each client's specific and exact needs, and he gets results. Mike is pursuing Christian CEOs and business owners with businesses that: generate revenue in excess of $2M, have greater than 25 employees, and/or have a market valuation greater than $5M. Why? Because the issues faced by these CEOs/businesses are different from those faced by smaller or much larger firms. Mike’s personal commercial success is a direct result of developing and managing businesses fitting this ideal Member profile.

Chair Philosophy

Mike wants to invest in, equip, and encourage Christian CEOs and business owners, regardless of location, who: are driven to scale their businesses and their teams, are not satisfied with the status quo, believe in servant leadership, and thrive on executing with excellence. In short, Mike wants change-makers with significant platforms that can be advanced in meaningful ways for both commercial and Kingdom purposes.

Meeting Format

Mike’s Convene team will meet once a month In-person (7:30-4:30) on the first Friday of each month. The agenda will include a devotional, business learning/concept, and three issues/opportunities facing the various Members. In addition, Mike will meet with each Member monthly for a one-hour coaching/advisory session. Finally, Members will commit to meeting in person for at least one group meeting per year (assuming the Members feel comfortable/safe traveling).
