He serves numerous ministries, including The Sheepfold , The Master’s Program, The Barnabas Group, Standing Stone Ministry, Africa New Day, and Evangelical Christian Credit Union.

An Honors graduate from Cal State University, Fullerton, he taught Taxation for the American Institute for Philanthropic Studies. He is active at Mariner’s Church since 1984, he has served from usher to elder.

He and his bride Susan have a son, Patrick, who preceded them to Heaven, and reside in Newport Beach. They mentor couples and have written a 5-book series on faith-based travel together. Rick’s varied experience in helping clients achieve their business/ personal/ ministry goals and his passion for helping leaders raise the bar on their walk with Christ led him to this convergence of his career and calling as a Convene Chair.
