As I enter my 6th decade, I have the benefit of hindsight being 20-20, okay, may be with a little help from my glasses, but I want to share that experience with you. I am dedicating my "second half" to helping business owners, executives, key leaders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, people like yourself, achieve their dreams and success.
Chris can best be described as a jack-of-all-trades, and a master of many of them. He has been an Owner/Operator, CEO, CMO, COO, EVP, Business Development Manager, Corporate Restructuring and Compliance Officer and a Change Agent. Chris is an Electrical Engineer by trade who is comfortable at the engineering, product marketing, operations and the corporate financial levels.
As Chris likes to say, “entering my 6th decade, I am just starting my second half”. January 2024 marked the beginning of that second half as Chris exited his prior role as a turn-around CEO for a Southern California tool company and took on the fulltime commitment of being a marketplace minister, serving CEOs, executive teams, start-ups, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs. Chris has been involved in the Faith & Work movement since the early 2000’s, watching organizations such as Convene develop and change the landscape of peer-based organizations for the better. He officially joined Convene in April 2024 as the Middle Tennessee Chair.
In 2022 Chris and his wife of 34 years, Elizabeth, moved to Lebanon, TN, 25 mile east of Nashville, to be closer to their daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. In his down time Chris loves to train gundogs for hunting and competition and owns three labradors himself. He is also the owner of Tennessee Business Coaching and is dedicated to giving back to the community and helping leaders develop their God-given gifts so they can maximize their business performance with an eternal perspective.
