Jim is an organizational consultant and strategic facilitator. He is relentlessly focused on releasing the potential of leaders and organizations.
His practice areas include strategic planning, corporate governance, leadership development, and succession planning.
His client list spans a wide variety of organizations including foundations, associations, universities, agencies, ministries, congregations, denominations, government, and business. He is the co-founder and former Vice President of The Livingstone Corporation, based in Wheaton, IL. He has been consulting full-time through Galvin & Associates, Inc. since 1999.
Jim holds the Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Supervision from Northern Illinois University, where the faculty nominated his doctoral research for the prestigious Dissertation of the Year Award. He is also an award-winning author.
