Brian is an entrepreneur, business owner, experienced business consultant and executive, business, and financial coach who specializes in family businesses. His focus is challenging and coaching leaders to manage with excellence what God has given to them. He developed this focus into a philosophy that he calls “Tactical Stewardship” that he defines as “The intentional planning and corresponding actions focused beyond the immediate timeframe for the protection, utilization, and expansion of what belongs to God and has been entrusted to a person or persons to manage for the Kingdom.”
Brian has spent his entire career working with individuals, non-profits, and businesses to achieve their goals, and increase performance by setting and achieving the correct short- and long-term goals. By coming at each situation with a unique approach, Brian has achieved extraordinary results for his companies and clients who have a desire to see real change in their business, organization, or life.
Brian has held many positions over his career, starting and running companies ranging from start-up to $3 billion in annual revenue. Brian has worked and managed in general and technical sales, wholesale business to business (B2B), and business to consumer (B2C) environments. He is an experienced executive leader having held positions as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and in operational management, business development, and sales. He has led multiple mergers and acquisitions and assisted clients in buying other companies and selling their businesses.
Brian and his wife own a retail store, a commercial real-estate holding and management company, and a consulting and coaching company specializing in business consulting and business, executive, leadership, and financial coaching. Brian works with companies and non-profits in transition through interim and fractional executive rolls.

Brian speaks locally and across the country as a keynote, breakout, and panel speaker on a variety of topics customized to the individual audience and include topics such as adversity, understanding my “why”, marketing to different generations, DISC profiles, and how crude and petroleum affect the economy.
In 2014 Brian spoke to a Central Pennsylvania Convene team and joined that team as a member in 2015. He recognized the benefits of Convene, learning the power, support, wisdom, and insight that comes from a peer advisory group. In 2020 God started moving in Brian’s heart to not just work on one company but to use his gifts and abilities to help multiple leaders and businesses for the Kingdom. In 2021 God orchestrated a series of events where Brian was able to succeed one of his mentors as Chair for the original team that he spoke to years before that introduced him to Convene. Brian now facilitates two teams in the Central Pennsylvania area.
