Working with Christian business owners and CEOs like you we help grow businesses on a biblical foundation for success and significance. Along the way we break through profitability and growth plateaus, overcome isolation, create a more effective organization, and help employees flourish, develop a higher quality of life as well as increase Kingdom impact. Boards meet monthly in an exclusive advisory-team format. As a board chair, I’m responsible for ensuring that we have the right people on the bus and that everyone gets a significant return on their investment of time and money.

Executive Leadership Coach

Between the monthly board meetings, through “One-2-One Coaching” sessions, I work with each business leader to grow their business, expand their visions, creatively innovate new ideas, grow their skills, make successful transitions, take practical steps toward their goals and bring their vision to life. This process helps clients move from where they are to where they want to be through a thought-provoking process that allows them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
