We were accountable for managing $1.4 billion in third party spend, 68 offices around the world, outsourcing & service delivery model strategy, vendor management, operational teams exceeding 600+ employees, cost reduction and enterprise transformation initiatives that generated over $300M in annual run rate savings. I now have the joy of serving as an Executive Coach and Chairman of CEO Peer Advisory Forums with Convene; helping Christian CEOs and business owners grow exceptional businesses, become higher impact leaders, and honoring God in the process.
