Bruce is the President and Chief Growth Officer of Lane Performance Group, LLC. He helps leaders and organizations accelerate growth through executive coaching and executive consulting. With a knack for making things better and getting things done, he has an outstanding track record of helping maximize individual, team and organizational performance.

Bruce is a seasoned business executive with 35+ years of experience in Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Performance Management.  His expertise includes improving organizational health, identifying, attracting and recruiting high-performing talent, and coaching, developing and inspiring leaders.  Bruce has held senior leadership roles for and has consulted with companies ranging from $500K to $5B.  Bruce received his MBA from the University of South Florida and his BA from Marietta College. 

Bruce believes God has given him a unique set of skills, gifts and assignments to help serve the next generation of Christian business leaders and help them flourish – build great businesses, lead with excellence and biblical principles, advance the Kingdom and finish well.

Bruce and his wife have been married for over 35 years. He has three married children and three grandchildren. He is active in men’s ministry and missions with his church and serves on several local boards and committees.
