He leverages his four decades of experience as a business owner, public and private company executive, management consultant, and military officer in different industries to provide clients with perspective, coaching to reach their goals, and actionable advice when requested.
Mike’s experiences cover 48 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and 20+ countries. He has spoken internationally and written on many subjects, including transformation and business agility, in his book Wrong Until Right – How to Succeed Despite Relentless Change. He also co-authored the industry guidance on the use of agile approaches in medical device software development and has been a reviewer for other authors’ books and publications (including his son’s two books). He is a former Lean Startup Week mentor.

saved to date.

teaching and elder, and in missions.
Mike holds a BS in Computer Science, an MS in Systems Management and Business Administration, and additional post-graduate work, and several certifications. He is married with two children in college.
